Q. Do I have to pay the attorney any money for either fee or costs if there is no recovery?
A. No. We work strictly on a contingency fee basis. If we do not collect money damages for you, we do not bill you for our costs and fees.

Q. What is my case worth?
A. Each case is different and the value of each case varies from case to case. We as attorneys evaluate the severity of the injuries, the facts supporting liability, evidence, medical bills, insurance coverages, and many other factors to get a general feel for the value of each case.
